Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at ctchallenge@rightcf.com. Our Customer Service specialists will be happy to assist you and rectify the situation. In your e-mail, please be sure to include your order number, telephone number, and e-mail address along with a brief description of your concern.

The CT Challenge will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returning an Item

  • 1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible, and include all paperwork. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

  • 2. Send the return package to the following address:

  • 3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • 4. To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • 5. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of our receiving the returned order. The refund amount will be equal to your original invoice amount less shipping.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is electronically submitted via the CT Challenge Store, it can not be cancelled.
